A five-day intensive designed for beginning yoga students, which is offered in Mysore, Beijing, and Tehran. Students for this intensive will be registered on a first come, first serve basis. Designed for beginning students and those new to Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this course offers insights into the interlinking aspects of the practice. Students explore the internal forms of alignment that are essential to practicing in a balanced intelligent, and safe manner. The course also includes an introduction to chanting, pranayama.
