200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training” is based on ancient traditional roots of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinayasa Yoga Training” provided by us covers all the aspects of Yoga from inner peace to outer perfection. The Schedule is designed in a way that the practitioners have to contemplate each day after the sessions are over and have enough time for their personal inquiries. This program brings the best harmonious between practical and theoretical sessions and the practitioners everyday will be full of energy and joy.

  • Asana (Postures) – Primary to Intermediate
  • Pranayama (Breath Work) – Primary
  • Meditation – Primary
  • Shat Karmas (Cleansing Process) – Primary
  • Teaching Methodology
  • Posture Correction
  • Guiding through the right practice
  • Teaching that how you have to teach the group sessions
  • Teaching that how you have to teach the theory sessions
  • Teaching that how you have to plan for your own teaching

Theory Sessions

  • History of Yog
  • History of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yog
  • Explanation on how to practice the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yog postures
  • Philosophy (Patanjali Yog Sutras – First 2 Chapters + 8 Limbs)
  • Lecture about Pranayama (Breath Work)
  • An introduction and the basics on Ayurveda
  • The Anatomy and Physiology
  • Lecture about the Meditaion

Attention: This Courses will happen in four weeks in person through out the year in India and China. Because of the situation of COVID, the courses are online in compressed manner on (Thursdays and Fridays) for four weeks, since morning to evening!

300 Hours

This Course, is the combination of 200 & 300 hours together in 2 month. At the end and after passing the test successfully, the practitioners will hold the 500 hours certificate. If all the teachers have been agree on a practitioner has been good though out the whole course, He or She will become a part of the organization as the trainer!
